R&B star Monica and fiance of two years, Rocko, have parted ways, the singer confirmed on Twitter a few moments ago. Unexpectedly, no specific reason was given for the seemingly sudden break-up, however Monica did re-affirm the rapper’s status as a ‘great father’. Check out her twitter page @MonicaMyLife :
Glow in the Dark Rock Band!
"Blind" from Game Rebellion in which a bunch of tough dudes coat themselves in magic glowing paint and proceed to rock super hard. Watch the clip and get behind the scenes info from the band after the break.
Glowing in the dark: it doesn't just look cool, it means something! Game Rebellion's Netic explains:
'Blind' is a record that doesn't have subtle undertones, it is in your face, aggressive & overtly political. It speaks to the idea that there are forces playing social, political & spiritual chess with real people's lives. The video provides a great visual to this idea. The day glow paint on the band & the crowd is the only source of light in total darkness. It symbolizes Truth. We the people hold the power. We are the light in the all of the Darkness." - Netic (Game Rebellion)

Captain EO makes his return
Fans decked out in futuristic garb formed a line early to see the return of the Michael Jackson film "Captain EO" to Disneyland after a 13-year hiatus. At 10 a.m., the 17-minute, science fiction-themed musical returns to the Tomorrow-land Theater for limited engagement. It replaces "Honey I Shrunk the Audience," which closed Jan. 3. "Captain EO" debuted at the height of Jackson’s fame in 1986, featuring director Francis Ford Coppola and executive producer George Lucas. It cost a reported $30 million to make and ran as an attraction at the theme park until 1997.
Fans began lobbying for the return of the 3-D film soon after Jackson’s death last year, saying it would honor the King of Pop.
The film stars Jackson as a captain leading a crew of aliens, robots and "fuzzball" on a spaceship on a mission to deliver a gift to a wicked alien witch played by Anjelica Huston.
A Disney spokeswoman said that there was no time-line for how long the show would run, but said it would stay for as long as it remained popular.

Lil Wayne Finally Sentenced to Prison
(AllHipHop News) After two separate sentencing delays, New Orleans rap star Lil Wayne was officially sentenced to prison today (March 8th) in Manhattan Criminal Court.
Lil
The rapper was taken away in handcuffs to begin serving his time on Riker’s Island, a prison that is just emerging from a scandal over preferential treatment of certain inmates and celebrities.
In October of 2009, several prison officials resigned from the prison after it was revealed that Brooklyn rapper Foxy
Lil Wayne was originally supposed to be sentenced to prison on February 9th but the date was postponed to March 2nd, because the rapper needed root canals, in addition to having his platinum “grillz” removed.
The March 2nd date was rescheduled to today (March 8th), after a fire broke out in Manhattan Criminal Court’s basement which sent eight people to the hospital.
Lil Wayne could be out in as little as eight months. He is expected to remain in protective custody during his time behind bars.
"Law is mind without reason.......I'll return," Lil Wayne told fans on his Twitter page this morning.

Travis Barker Gets DJ AM Tattoo
The tattoo, according to Travis' Twitter, was completed by Mister Cartoon of Los Angeles. The words 'In Memory Of...' float above rays of sun and a bed of clouds. At the bottom, a boy with tear-streaked cheeks folds his hands in prayer.
It's definitely touching. Here it is:
What do you think? Looks like the left thigh, right? How did Travis still have that much non tattooed real estate left?

ABDC5 Week 3
The immunity save went to Bluprint Cru. They did have the best performance of the night and congrats go out to them for keeping themselves in the top spot for next week. Good luck on keeping it!
Kind of disappointed in a few of the crews performances. But Saltare did make a nice comeback from being on the ropes. Really enjoyed Jungle Boogie and loved Raqi!!! Anxious to see which crews survive and which two crews go home next week!
On another note... It's nice to see how they went back to having a DJ and old ideas for the show.
